What is the Status of my Order?

1) Select the "order status" option at the top of the main page.

2) Enter your order ID and email address. 

3) Click "submit" to find your previous order history. 

*** Don't see your order here? Don't worry, sometimes it takes a little time to import across the board in our system.***

 Our orders ship out Monday through Friday between 2 and 3PM Eastern time, so feel free to ensure any corrections are made by emailing us at: csfh@fashionablehats.com.
