How to Start a Return/Exchange on FashionableHats.com

1. From the Homepage or any page on FashionableHats.com, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click  Start a Return.

2. Enter your Order Number in the  Order Number (Not Ref Number) box.

Click the  ? icon if you don't know your number.

3. Enter your zip code in the  Shipping Zip Code box.

4. Click the  Start a return button, to continue and complete the return of your item.
